Payment options:

All packages are shipped via Canada Post. *Please note: When it comes to in-stock orders, I typically package and mail them out within two to three days from when your order was placed. If you are inquiring about pre-orders, please see my Frequently Asked Questions page for details, under 'How soon will my order ship?'.

Shipping charges:

I am not responsible for customs, duty, import taxes, or other fees that may be associated with your order if shipping outside of Canada.

Local pick-up:

I offer local pick-up here in Windsor, Ontario. If you live in the area and would like to pick-up your order, use the code FREEPICKUP in the discount box at checkout. Once your order is ready, I will contact you through the email you used to checkout to set up a pickup time. *Please note: Make sure to check your junk mail for this email if it has not landed in your primary inbox. If you still have not received an email within two to three business days from placing your order, please see my Contact page and let me know.

Returns and refunds:

I cannot accept returns or offer refunds. That being said, if you are unhappy with your purchase, if it has been damaged in any way, or if you received the wrong item(s), please contact me. Please contact me as soon as you have received your order to let me know, and I will do my best to resolve the issue. *Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
