How soon will my order ship? 

This all depends on whether you shopped in-stock or pre-order yarn. When it comes to in-stock orders, I typically package and mail them out within two to three days from when your order was placed. Pre-orders, on the other hand, I make an effort to mail out within the turnaround time indicated in the listing. *Please note: If you would like to purchase both in-stock and pre-order yarn, please purchase these as separate orders. Otherwise, both will be shipped in the same package, therefore your in-stock yarn will not be mailed out until your pre-order yarn has been shipped.

Where do you ship your yarn?

My yarn is currently available to ship worldwide! Please see my Policies page for details.

Do you offer local pick-up?

Yes! I offer local pick-up here in Windsor, Ontario. Please see my Policies page for details, under 'Local pick-up'.

Do you offer refunds and returns, or exchanges?

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! I offer gift cards in increments of twenty-five dollars. Please see my Gift Cards page for details.

I have placed multiple orders to avoid losing out on an item. Can you combine these orders?

If I have not yet shipped your order, I will combine your orders and refund any shipping overages. Please contact me as soon as you have placed your orders to let me know that you would like them to be combined.

Where is the yarn being dyed?

All yarn is hand-dyed in my cozy home, a smoke-free and pet-friendly environment; but not to worry, my furry friends are busy exploring the rest of the house while I am dyeing your yarn!

How do I care for my yarn?

I recommend washing all projects made with my hand-dyed yarn, in cool water, using a gentle wool wash. Fill a container with cool water and some wool wash. Submerge your project under the water, and let sit for at least fifteen minutes. Remove your project from the container and squeeze out any access water. Lay your project flat to dry. *Please note: All yarn has been thoroughly washed after going through the dye process. That being said, due to the nature of hand dyeing, some excess pigment may remain, and may transfer onto other skeins of yarn if being washed in the same container.
